All repairs or upgrades submitted to Jones Medical must accompany a Jones Return Authorization number (RA#). You may acquire a RA# online by completing the form below. An explanation of your return must be provided in detail below. Include any error messages displayed, when the problem occurs, and when it began occurring. A response including your RA# and return instructions will be sent to the email address you provide. Note: The vast majority of technical support issues are resolved online or by phone.
