Jones Medical Return Policy

One of the primary reasons Jones Medical has been in the spirometry business longer than anyone else in the world, is customer satisfaction. We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone 630-571-1980 or by email at customerservice@jonesmedical.com.

Returns:

All returns must be received at Jones Medical within 30 days of the order date. Some returns may incur a re-stocking fee. A refund or credit will be issued once we have received and inspected your return.

To return a product, please contact us by phone at 630-571-1980 or by email customerservice@jonesmedical.com to receive a Return Authorization number. Please note that all returns must have a Jones Return Authorization number or it will be rejected by our shipping department.

Shipping damage:

If your order was damaged in shipping, we need to be notified immediately in order to file a claim with the shipping company. At that time we will make arrangements to ship you a replacement. Please contact us by phone at 630-571-1980 or email at customerservice@jonesmedical.com.

Shipping Instructions:

Once you have received your Return Authorization Number;

  1. Safely pack and seal your product in an appropriate carton and write the Return Authorization Number on the carton. Include any additional relative information.
  2. We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking (i.e., UPS or FedEx)
  3. Insure the package for the full value of the product so that you are covered if the package is lost or damaged in transit.
