All returns must be received at Jones Medical within 30 days of the order date. Some returns may incur a re-stocking fee. A refund or credit will be issued once we have received and inspected your return.
To return a product, please contact us by phone at 630-571-1980 or by email email@example.com to receive a Return Authorization number. Please note that all returns must have a Jones Return Authorization number or it will be rejected by our shipping department.
If your order was damaged in shipping, we need to be notified immediately in order to file a claim with the shipping company. At that time we will make arrangements to ship you a replacement. Please contact us by phone at 630-571-1980 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have received your Return Authorization Number;
- Safely pack and seal your product in an appropriate carton and write the Return Authorization Number on the carton. Include any additional relative information.
- We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking (i.e., UPS or FedEx)
- Insure the package for the full value of the product so that you are covered if the package is lost or damaged in transit.
